I don't understand more than this words: dottore (doctor?), lingua biforcuta (yeah, I can't say in english but in spanish will be "lengua bífida), piccole (little?), bisturi (yeah... same in spanish

), orecchio (ear?), dentro (inside, same in spanish

), lentamente (slowly, same in spanish).

Next year I'll study german and italian, and then I could read this great freaky-cool-sadistic texts of you

Eheeh yes spanish and italian enough similar.....but this is not a my text, but a part of a book of William S. Burroughs

.....anyway....I have tried to make for you one translation with an on-line dictionary, but i don't think that is very correct eheheh...
